Terms and Conditions of Subscription to (Skills Education) Services

By completing the registration process and paying the fees, the subscriber (or their guardian in the case of minors) fully and unconditionally agrees to all the following terms and conditions:

  1. Fees and Payment
  • Fees must be paid in full before the commencement of the educational services.

  • Paid fees are non-refundable once the registration process is completed.

  • If the subscriber withdraws from the program or course after registration, for any reason whatsoever, they are not entitled to claim a refund of any part of the fees.

  • The Center reserves the right to suspend or terminate the subscription in case of failure to pay the due fees within the specified deadlines.

  1. Subscription Period
  • The subscription is valid only for the period specified in the description of the course or program.

  • Access to recorded or live lessons expires at the end of the defined course, and it may not be extended or claimed as compensation after expiration.

  1. Absences and Postponement
  • Missed sessions due to the subscriber’s absence, with or without excuse, will not be compensated.

  • In the event of official holidays or exceptional circumstances, the Center reserves the right to reschedule or modify certain sessions, and notification from Skills shall be binding on the subscriber.

  1. Use of Content and Services
  • All educational materials, including recordings and digital content, are provided for the personal use of the subscriber only. Copying, redistributing, or sharing them by any means is strictly prohibited.

  • Skills reserves the right to make adjustments to class schedules or methods of service delivery, provided such changes do not materially affect the educational content.

  1. Commitments and Conduct
  • The subscriber is required to maintain discipline and proper conduct during live sessions and to comply with the instructions given by teachers or Skills’s administration.

  • Skills reserves the right to terminate the subscription immediately, without refund, if the subscriber engages in any behavior that violates regulations, disrupts the educational process, or harms Skills’s reputation.
  • Students with severe learning difficulties or those unprepared to participate effectively.

  1. Limitation of Liability
  • Skills shall not be held responsible for technical failures or interruptions beyond its control, including internet outages on the subscriber’s side.

  • Skills undertakes to exercise reasonable care in providing educational services at the highest available quality standards, without making any express or implied guarantee that the service will be permanently free of disruptions.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • All fees paid for subscriptions or educational courses are final and non-refundable.

  • The subscriber is not entitled to request a refund in case of withdrawal or cessation of attendance for any reason.

  • If a course is canceled by Skills prior to its start date, full fees will be refunded to the subscriber within a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days.

  • If part of a course is canceled or postponed due to a Force Majeure event beyond Skills’s control, the subscriber will be compensated by rescheduling the sessions or being granted an equivalent educational credit, without Skills being obliged to issue any monetary refunds.

 

  1. Class Schedule and Participation
  • The subscriber must adhere to the class schedule and times specified for each course or program, as outlined in the course description.

  • Sessions are conducted in groups with multiple subscribers attending simultaneously.

  • The Center reserves the right to set or modify session times or the schedule when necessary, with prior notification to subscribers.

Unregistered individuals are not allowed to attend sessions or access educational content; all materials and services are strictly for the use of registered subscribers only.

Terms and Conditions – Educational Bag Shipping Service

By completing the registration and payment process, the client acknowledges and agrees unconditionally to all the following terms and conditions:

1. Fees and Payment

  1. The shipping service fees must be paid in full prior to the preparation and dispatch of the educational bag.
  2. Paid fees are non-refundable once the order is completed, for any reason whatsoever.
  3. If the client cancels the order after the bag has been dispatched, no refund shall be granted.
  4. The center reserves the right to suspend or refuse to ship the order if payment is incomplete or if the client provides inaccurate or incorrect information.
  5. Customs and Clearance Fees: The client is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or charges imposed by the destination country, as well as any additional fees requested by the shipping company for customs clearance services. The center shall not be responsible for payment or negotiation of such fees.

2. Bag Preparation and Shipping

  1. The educational bag will be prepared according to the order submitted by the client.
  2. The center commits to shipping the bag within the timeframe specified in the service description, while not being liable for delays caused by shipping companies or circumstances beyond its control.
  3. The bag will be shipped to the address provided by the client, which is the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Receipt and Verification

  1. The client must inspect the bag upon receipt and confirm its condition within three (3) days of delivery.
  2. Any damages or missing contents must be reported immediately upon receipt, within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours, with photographic documentation, to be eligible for compensation or replacement in accordance with Maharat’s policy.
  3. Failure to report damages or missing items within the specified period will constitute acceptance of the bag and its contents as received.
  4. Extra Bag or Shipping Error: If the client receives an additional bag by mistake or a bag not matching the order, the client must contact Maharat immediately, within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours, to arrange for return or correction.

4. Damage and Loss

  1. The client is responsible for maintaining the bag and its contents after receipt.
  2. The center shall not be liable for any damages resulting from misuse or negligence by the client after receipt.
  3. In case the bag is lost during shipping due to an error by the shipping company, Maharat will coordinate with the company to arrange reshipment according to its standard policy.

5. Obligations and Conduct

  1. The client must provide accurate and complete information to process the shipment.
  2. The center reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if it is proven that incorrect or incomplete information was provided.

6. Limitation of Liability

  1. The center shall not be liable for any delays or damages resulting from circumstances beyond its control, including weather conditions, transportation issues, or shipping company failures.
  2. The center shall exercise reasonable care to ensure the bag arrives in good condition, without providing any absolute guarantee that the bag will be free from damage during transit.

 

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. All fees paid for the shipping service are final and non-refundable once the order has been prepared for shipment.
  2. If the order is canceled by the center prior to preparation, the fees will be fully refunded within a maximum period of fourteen (14) business days.
  3. Any requests to return the bag after receipt will only be accepted if documented damages are proven to be the responsibility of the center or the shipping company.
